1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Proofd platform (including mobile and web services), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Permitted & Prohibited Usage

Proofd is strictly intended for legitimate anti-corruption vigilance, civic transparency, and bribery reporting. Users must adhere to the following rules:

• Permitted Use: Filing truthful reports detailing bribery demands, uploading genuine evidence, tracking investigation progress, and claiming earned rewards.
• Prohibited Use: Submitting false, fabricated, or malicious reports; uploading manipulated media; filing duplicate complaints; or using the platform to settle personal grudges against individuals or public officials.

Submitting false or malicious reports violates these terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal escalation to law enforcement authorities.

3. User-Generated Content & Evidence

You retain ownership of media, narrative text, and evidence files you submit. By uploading content to Proofd, you grant the platform and authorized vigilance officers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, review, store, and process your content solely for anti-corruption investigation, verification, and legal proceedings.

4. Reward Claims & Voucher Disbursement

Reward points and level progressions are awarded strictly upon official report verification by authorized vigilance officers. Proofd reserves the right to withhold points or reject claims if evidence is deemed insufficient, unverifiable, or fraudulent. Issued voucher codes must be redeemed according to the provided instructions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Proofd provides a digital transmission and verification platform. While we take extensive security measures to protect whistleblowers, Proofd and its developers shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform usage, official investigation outcomes, or third-party actions.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to breach platform security, or repeatedly file unverified or malicious claims.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
